Michael Richardson

Michael is vastly experienced in football, both coaching and playing. Having played professionally and been involved in professional football since the age of 8; starting out at Ipswich FC and finishing at Leyton Orient FC.

Michael has now been coaching for over 3 years and has always been passionate about football. Michael is keen to pass on his knowledge to help the young players of today grow and develop their football ability.

Away from M.R.F.A., Michael also coaches at a League 1 football club, working with children aged between 8-16.

Sam Robinson
Sam RobinsonCoach
Sam has recently finished University where he studied Sports Science Degree, gaining a 2,1.

Sam has always had a great passion for football and sport. Growing up Sam played for the semi-professional team Chelmsford City as a goalkeeper.

Sam quickly discovered he wanted to coach and took this up from a young age, spending a year working in private schools. Subsequently, Sam has gone on to do coaching for ISFA who have seen players such as Frank Lampard, Fraser Forster and Victor Moses play for them. Sam is currently completing his UEFA B coaching.

Charlie Fairhead

Charlie has always been passionate about football. Charlie began coaching at the young age of 16, wanting to get a head start on others, spending time working and assisting UEFA B coaches. He recently became part of the M.R.F.A. coaching team, looking to further his coaching knowledge.

Charlie played for Leyton Orient from a young age and played all the way up to 16. He then moved onto Queens College, where he completed a 2 year apprenticeship in football. He is now playing semi-professional football.

Laurence Sharpe
Laurence SharpeCoach
Laurence has recently become part of the M.R.F.A. coaching team. Having a huge interest in football, he has always wanted to explore other avenues other than playing. Laurence has a great attitude towards football and teaching, and an application towards everything put in front of him.

Aside from M.R.F.A., Laurence currently works with Tottenham Hotspurs in their Foundation team.
