Our Mission.
Founded in 2013 with just a vision and a passion, M.R.F.A. is now one of the largest providers of football coaching and sports education in Essex, overseeing the development of thousands of children every single week.
Whether your young player is just starting out in football or they’re looking to further develop their skills, we offer football coaching programmes for all age groups, from five years old all the way up to 18 in Braintree, Chelmsford, Epping & Great Dunmow.
M.R.F.A. is a place where parents know that, regardless of the level of success achieved in football, players of all ages and abilities will gain invaluable education and advice.

Our team.
We’re a team of 25+ professional coaches who are passionate about all players being given opportunities to progress, develop and feel a part of our team.
10 of our highly skilled coaches are UEFA B+ qualified, meaning we’re able to give players of all abilities and levels first-hand insight into football. Many of our coaches also have experience in playing professional football themselves.
Having this previous experience enables our coaches to fully empathise with our players and understand how important good, honest coaching is and having a good support system.
