Over the past 12 months M.R.F.A. Ambassador, Liam Bloye, has been working towards his Advanced Youth Award (one of the highest coaching qualifications to date). We caught up with him as he told us all about the course and how it helped him.
"Firstly, I am delighted to have passed my FA Advanced Youth Award"
"A course that combined both theory and practical based sessions, combining guest speakers from across the world from clubs, universities and a range of other sporting backgrounds to help invest and broaden your mind and knowledge to help develop young players."
"The course covered the FA four corner social, psychology, technical and physical in great depth and detail, helping you to apply this content in your own environment. The course was a great hub for bringing coaches together from a host of top clubs from around the world, to share ideas and best practice. I will be bringing some of these ideas back to the other staff at M.R.F.A. to continue offering the very best programme out there."
