Our Development Groups are designed for players with all abilities and anyone is welcome to come along and discover their strengths and enjoy becoming a part of our team. Our staff provide guidance and support to players who have a real aptitude to learn and develop their skills.

All players receive

  • Weekly sessions ranging from ball mastery, small group play and tactical game play scenarios
  • FA/UEFA qualified and ex-pro coaches
  • Fixtures against other grassroots clubs

Our Development Centres are led by UEFA B qualified coach, Ben Andreos. Ben joined M.R.F.A. in October 2021 – he is incredibly passionate about supporting players in their development and helping them get to where they need to be. Alongside his role at M.R.F.A., Ben also works for Colchester United, working with their U11s-U16s.
